Renew Your Appraisal Management Company License
As a Appraisal Management Company (AMC), you must renew your registration every two years. A renewal notice will be sent to the AMC's primary contact about 90 days before your expiration date. You may renew your registration up to six months after the expiration date. After 6 months, you will have to reapply for the registration.
Renew Your Certified Residential Appraiser
As a Certified Residential Appraiser, you must renew your license every two years. A renewal notice will be sent out about 90 days before your expiration date. You may renew your license up to six months after the expiration date. After six months, you may apply for reinstatement of your license.
