TALCB Processing Dates

You can track the status of your applications with TALCB online at any time. Here are the steps to access your information.

1. Log in to your Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal (REALM Portal) account.
2. Click the Licenses tab.
3. Click the blue hyperlink under the Record Number column for your application.
4. Once in your record, click the Record Info link and select Processing Status from the dropdown menu.

TALCB may request additional information or documents to process your application.

• To submit responses for information requests, respond by email using the email address provided in the information request email.
• To submit documents that are. requested, log in to your REALM Portal account and navigate to your record. Once in your record, click Record Info link and select Attachments from the dropdown menu.

For a full list of requirements for each license type, choose the license type you are interested in from the dropdown under the Become Licensed section of the website.

To prevent delays in processing your renewal, complete continuing education more than 10 days prior to your license expiration date. Texas appraiser continuing education providers are required to submit course completion rosters within 10 days of when you complete your course.
