License Holder Search

Due to a high volume of requests, we are experiencing delays in processing applications, renewals and experience audits. The current experience audit processing time is between 90-120 days for a licensed residential or certified residential applicant, and between 120-150 days for a certified general applicant. We apologize for the delay, and we are working diligently to reduce the backlog.

The processing dates provided below are updated every Monday by 3:00 PM Central Time
The dates in the table reflect the Received Date of the documents that we are currently processing.  During the last two weeks of the month, we concentrate our efforts on processing timely submitted license renewals and supporting documents for license holders who expire at the end of that month.
