TALCB Processing Dates

The current experience audit processing time is between 90-120 days for a licensed residential or certified residential applicant, and between 120-150 days for a certified general applicant. A detailed outline of the audit process is available for more information.

License holders and the public are invited to participate in the agency’s preparation of its 2019-2023 Strategic Plan by offering input at one of the following sessions:

TALCB Announces Extension For All License Holders Affected By Hurricane Harvey

In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (the Agency) extended all deadlines for two months for all license holders and applicants statewide with license expiration or application deadlines in August and September. This extension ended on October 31, 2017.

Qualifying Education Courses

TALCB has approved the courses listed below to satisfy pre-licensure education requirements (through the expiration date shown) for the number of classroom hours shown and the delivery method listed.  Please Note: TALCB  does not schedule courses. You will need to contact the provider directly for scheduling information.
