License Holder Search

Happy October to all of you! I hope this message finds you well. I am grateful that the weather seems to be changing a bit so that we can get outside and enjoy.

TALCB Offices Update

TALCB’s offices remain physically closed, due to Austin’s current Stage 3 status. We hope to open the doors soon and will let you know when that happens. We continue to keep safety the top priority for staff and license holders, and with that, we proceed with caution. I appreciate your continued understanding during these times. In the meantime, TALCB remains fully operational in our remote status. If you need assistance, I encourage you to contact our team. We are ready to help.

TALCB Fee Increase

TALCB fees will increase in January 2022. The Board approved rules that increase fees in 2019 to improve customer service and provide a higher level of support for license holders. Although these fees are necessary we do not take the decision lightly. We are committed to not raising fees again for the foreseeable future. You can learn more about these fee changes on the TALCB website.

I am proud of the work we have accomplished this year. We have seen a reorganization and refocus of the agency that has produced efficiencies and a greater holistic approach to the work. Many of us have continued working in very busy markets while using technology to serve our clients with little interruption to our business. We are privileged to live in a state that allows us to have the freedoms to live our lives and provide essential services to the people of Texas during these unprecedented times.
