The Texas Appraiser Licensing & Certification Board (TALCB) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Eichelberger and Lisa Rodriguez to the Appraisal Management Company (AMC) Advisory Committee with terms to expire in January 2021.  The Vice-Chair of TALCB, Martha Gayle Reid Lynch, will continue to serve as the chair of the AMC Advisory Committee. This Committee advises the Board on all matters related to the regulation of Appraisal Management Companies.

Lisa J. Rodriguez, of Schertz, is the Owner and Operations Manager of South Texas Appraisal Management and Office Manager of Patrick Ingram Appraisals, LLC. Before working in residential appraisals, she worked as the Administrative Assistant for RKM Management. Rodriguez is a United States Air Force Veteran, and she is active with the United Services Organization in San Antonio. Rodriguez joins David Mentesana as an AMC representative on the Committee.  

John Eichelberger, of Houston, is an Attorney at Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P. Eichelberger focuses his legal practice on representing municipal utility districts and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He previously worked as an Attorney in the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group at Locke Lord LLP. Eichelberger received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law. Eichelberger joins the Committee as a public representative.

The Board thanks the appointees for their willingness to serve on this important committee. The location and time of all AMC Advisory Committee meetings will be posted on the TALCB website at www.talcb.texas.gov.
