It is now easier to find whether a license holder has a disciplinary history with the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. The new Disciplinary Actions button at the top of each license holder’s page will take users to a license holder's specific Disciplinary Actions page if a disciplinary history exists.
Previously only indirect methods—such as searching the Disciplinary Actions section of talcb.texas.gov—were available. These remain available along with the new button.
If license holders have no disciplinary actions and a user clicks the new Disciplinary Action button, a message will appear on the page stating there is no disciplinary history found in TALCB’s records for the past 10 years.
The Disciplinary Action button will make it clearer to consumers how to find information about license holders.
