Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) is pleased to announce the release of our new website! TALCB’s new site has been carefully designed to better serve the needs of Texas consumers, current appraisers as well as potential license holders. The site has been fully overhauled with a fresh new look, new more user-friendly navigation, and defined content areas that have been carefully chosen to make navigating simpler and more efficient.
New website highlights
Easy to Navigate Homepage: TALCB’s homepage highlights information most requested by site visitors. On the top left side of the page, is consumer-oriented information. For instance, you can learn now to file a complaint against an appraiser. On the right side, we’ve included information most relevant to current license holders. Scrolling down the page, users can manage their TALCB account and get access to the most requested forms.
License Holder Search: Quickly search for an appraiser by state, city, county, by name, or by license number. Review their credentials and determine if there’s any investigation or issues pending.
Manage Your Account: Log in to manage your My License Online account. You can renew your license, find answers to your questions, and more!
