Yearly and quarterly reports about the operation, management, and performance of the agency are available for your review. Everything from the agency's strategic plan to reports on customer service, annual financials, and internal audit finding are available. Staff Reports

Staff reports are also an excellent resource for you to find current information about agency activities. These reports show updates and the agency's status in meeting benchmarks for customer service and application processing, as well as examination pass rates, statistics for complaints and open case files, agency financials and more. Agency Self-Evaluation Report 

The Self-Evaluation Report is a component of the Sunset review process, and it includes information about the agency’s history, operations, and program functions as well as an identification of policy issues that merit consideration.

2016 License Holder Survey Report

Almost 7,000 license holders provided responses to 50 questions about their characteristics, practices, results and attitudes. This new survey offers insights into the current profile of real estate practitioners. The survey will be updated every four years for comparison and trend analysis.

2015 AMC Survey Report

The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University has reported the results of a major appraisal fee survey.  The survey and report were commissioned by the Texas Appraiser Licensing & Certification Board (TALCB) and updates a 2012 survey required by House Bill 1146 in the 82nd legislative session. Both surveys were produced with significant assistance from the University of Houston’s Hobby Center for Public Policy. We have also published the 2012 survey for your reference.
