Education Information for Providers
This page is for education providers (schools). Here, we notify you of recent rule changes, help you locate TREC forms and other documents an education provider needs, and point you to the most relevant provider-related pages.

Please inform students who are seeking an appraiser license or certification that as of September 20, 2010, evidence of satisfying the education requirements must be submitted when filing an application for an appraiser license or certification.

If you are NOT an education provider (school), the Education Main Page can direct you to education information for appraisers and appraiser trainees.
Forms for Providers
The following forms may be used by current TALCB education providers, and any education provider desiring to have one or more course offerings approved by the TALCB as acceptable Appraiser Continuing Education courses.
